SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

All greeting cards are shipped 2nd Class using Royal Mail.  Commissioned pieces are sent Tracked 48 with Signature using Royal Mail.

Refunds & Exchange Policy

As per The Consumer Rights Act 2015, as a consumer, you have the right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or misdescribed.

For Pieces in our Shop

​

You must get in touch within 14 days of receipt of your order to request a refund or exchange.  This can be due to the product(s) being damaged or faulty at time of receipt, a misdescribed item or simply due to a change of mind.  If your item is damaged or faulty in any way, we will ask for photographic evidence of this.

If you do not get in touch within 14 days of receipt, it will be assumed that you have accepted your item and you cannot request a refund or exchange after this time.

For Commissioned Pieces

We can only provide refunds on commissioned pieces if the product received is faulty or damaged in anyway.  You must get in touch within 14 days of receipt of your order to request a refund.  We will ask for photographic evidence of the damage.  

 

We will first endeavour to complete a repair and return the product to you.  If you still remain dissatisfied then we will arrange for you to be refunded.  You are still required to return the item if requesting a refund after a repair has been completed.

If you do not get in touch within 14 days of receipt, it will be assumed that you have accepted your item and you cannot request a refund after this time.

Repairs and Replacements

​

We expect our products to remain of satisfactory quality throughout their reasonable life expectancy, so long as they are maintained correctly and not misused.  For this reason, we can also offer repairs, replacement or partial refunds on products which you believe have not remained of satisfactory quality.  These will be assessed and offered on individual basis and is not guaranteed.  We have the right to ask you to prove the fault has not been caused by misuse if you request a repair or replacement after 6 months.

After we agree on a refund/exchange, you will have 14 days to ship the item(s) back to us.  Once we receive the return, we will refund or exchange your item within 14 days.  At this time, we will also reimburse you the cost of postage for returning your item.
